Hey guys


I am introducing the new upgraded level of "REG". Its called Heart Breaker. The name was inspired by the game "Portal". The actual server tag will be "</3". What are the perks for being a Heart Breaker? Well, you will have the same benefits as being a REG player but with a few extras:

-Free Parachutes.

-More money from Loot Bags.

-Special Power ups (These power ups can only be used once per map and only after 5 rounds have passed):
-->Free Money Up: You are given $16000.
-->Free Weapons: You are given a Deagle with an M4A1 + ammo.
-->The chance to buy a bazooka: Yes, as a heart breaker, you can buy a bazooka but it cost $16000.


What do you need to become a Heart Breaker? First you need to be a REG level player. You will need a minimum of 150 Hours of playing time (as per psychostats) but depending on when you first registered to become a REG, an acception could be made.Then you will need to apply to get the upgrade (in this forum). Then it will either be approved or denied depending on how you actually are in the server and how admins or I feel about you.

I like the idea of the free money and weapons, especially if you struggle in the beginning of a new map. I love the bazooka as well, but it might create problems in more open maps such as de_rats or maps that already provide weapons.

EDIT: just read the part where it says once per map -- so it wouldnt be much of a problem

I am kinda concerned about the zook, boss man. Can I recommend for the zook to be skipped? Kinda sucks with other maps and the zook, like Rats, PF_Aztec...the like. Other than that, the other power ups and chute seems fine.

So this is what I saw earlier dawn about upgrading the reg status.

i agree about the zook i still think it should only be in rtd. i think it might make people angry and leave the server if they are always being killed by a zook.

Why can't admins get this?

While I agree that the bazooka may cause problems we should let it run through for a while and see how it goes. I mean it's not like all the regulars are going to get this tag so it won't be a lot of people who have this option. Even then at once per map and costing $16000 it probably won't be too crazy.

As for particular maps I'm sure there would be a way to disable the bazooka purchase just like the parachutes are disabled in nuke etc.

once per map, and you have to wait 5 rounds in to buy it, with the price of it. and yes not all regs will be "</3". trust me when i say only the most well known and server respected will be </3, when i say server respected i mean, all admins should not have any problems with the person, no rules have been broken, all players have no issues with the person. Things like this will be the main points while choosing the new </3's. In my opinion I see some people that I think our worthy of the privilege of wearing the tag. I will not say any names but I'll let my fellow admins and boss know.

sounds great.the zuka might be a bit much. but at 16000 how often r ppl going to waste time in trying to buy it.
